Terms of Membership
A short summary of the terms that govern membership. The full invitation terms provided to accepted applicants prevail.
Application
Submitting an application creates no obligation for either party and does not guarantee acceptance. Membership is selective and cohorts are balanced by design.
Dues
Annual dues are disclosed in the membership invitation sent to accepted applicants, before any commitment is made. No payment is taken with an application. Founding-cohort members receive charter dues, locked for 2 years.
Confidentiality — Chatham House Rule
Members may use information from sessions, but may never attribute views or information to any member or organization. This rule is a condition of membership.
No-selling rule
FPL is never a sales channel. No pitching, no prospecting, and no use of the member directory for outreach. This rule is a condition of membership.
Attendance
Members are expected to attend the monthly roundtable as the default and to contribute, not only observe. The community depends on participation.
Ending membership
Membership may be ended for breach of the confidentiality or no-selling rules. Members may leave at any time by notifying FPL.
